Job Summary

The Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager - AI is responsible for leading product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for SHI's AI solutions portfolio.
This role serves as the primary marketing subject matter expert for AI technologies, working closely with business unit leadership, sales teams, engineering resources, partner organizations, and marketing stakeholders to develop compelling market narratives, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth.
The Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager translates complex technology solutions into clear customer value propositions and differentiated market positioning. This role develops go-to-market plans, sales enablement assets, solution messaging, event content, demonstrations, and thought leadership that help SHI effectively communicate its AI capabilities to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong AI Industry knowledge with exceptional product marketing, storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Role Description

  • Own product marketing strategy for SHI's AI solutions portfolio, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market planning.

  • Serve as the marketing subject-matter expert for AI technologies, market trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics.

  • Partner with AI business unit leadership to align marketing priorities with business objectives and growth initiatives.

  • Develop customer-centric messaging frameworks and solution narratives that clearly articulate SHI's AI capabilities and market differentiation.

  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, solution briefs, case studies, and customer-facing content.

  • Support solution launches and go-to-market initiatives through collaborative planning and cross-functional execution.

  • Partner with campaign, communications, partner marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution across marketing programs.

  • Develop content and messaging for customer events, executive briefings, webinars, roadshows, and partner engagements.

  • Collaborate with technical experts to create solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept narratives, and customer presentation materials.

  • Monitor market trends, analyst research, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy.

  • Support executive communications and strategic presentations related to AI solutions and portfolio initiatives.

  • Leverage performance data and market insights to measure effectiveness and continuously improve product marketing programs.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales and field teams by providing messaging guidance, competitive intelligence, and customer-facing support.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Technology Marketing, or related disciplines.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting AI technologies, infrastructure solutions, or adjacent enterprise technology markets.

  • Experience developing go-to-market plans, sales enablement assets, and customer-facing content.

  • Strong understanding of AI ecosystems, technology trends, and customer buying processes.

  • Experience supporting business unit initiatives, solution launches, partner programs, and customer events.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events (25%)

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 which includes a base salary and bonus.. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
