SolarWinds, a leader in IT management software, is looking for a Staff Marketing Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team. This role will support marketing teams by analyzing performance trends and applying learnings to improve marketing programs. Primary responsibilities will include planning and performance monitoring, driving customer insights through usability, and supporting our platform in an analytic and strategic planning capacity.

The Staff Marketing Analyst will also partner with and support our Web Analytics to track and analyze online customer behavior, campaign performance, and overall lift from marketing programs. It is critical that all data and conclusions are delivered on-time and accurately to key stakeholders within the organization. The Staff Marketing Analyst will play an important role in continuing to shape and refine our overall marketing strategy. They will also identify new ideas and opportunities for improving analytics capabilities including integration with additional data sources.

Responsibilities
• Partner with marketing teams to track weekly and monthly business performance against goals and provide recommendations on adjustments needed in future periods
• Help stakeholders improve their operations and answer business questions using data from key applications such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Marketo and SalesForce
• Drive improvements in Conversion Rate Optimization, including A/B testing and measurement
• Provide ad hoc and deep analysis, synthesize recommendations, and present actionable results
• Translate results of complex analytic problems into actionable recommendations or strategies

Requirements/Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics
• Passion for analytics and driving to results. Desire to help drive immediate improvement in business results based on the results of analysis. A love for problem solving and a passion for thinking analytically
• Strong knowledge in all facets of marketing analytics (data capture, measurement, reporting and translation into business and/or behavioral insights)
• Demonstrated ability to influence key decisions, as well as translate between business needs and technical implementation with ease and clarity.
• Minimum 5 years of Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent BI tool experience
• Minimum 2 years recent experience with web analytics applications, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and competency in database software, including relational databases and SQL
• Excellent skills in self-audit – careful documentation of process, cross-check for accuracy of data used in analysis, and ability to interpret results to verify accuracy or identify anomalies.

Nice to have:
• Strong understanding of SalesForce and how marketing interacts with an Inside Sales team via Campaign and Lead objects
• Understanding of data used in other marketing tools, such as Outreach, Marketo, etc
• Targeted, relevant industry experience that will allow the successful candidate to ramp up quickly. Relevant industry experience includes SaaS marketing tactics, digital advertisement tools and analysis, account based marketing, etc.
• Demonstrated experience at a senior management level coordinating with peers and stakeholders to contribute to marketing planning and strategy
• Experience in multi-channel attribution models
• Experience developing executive level presentations to help drive recommendations.
• Strong leadership and management skills and the ability to effectively lead in a constantly changing environment
• Superb communication, leadership and organizational skills; can successfully articulate at the vision, product and strategy levels, as well as the issues and priorities
• A hands-on mind-set and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and take personal accountability to bring big/strategic initiatives to closure
• Personal qualities and characteristics that demonstrate include integrity, humility, honesty, trust, and teamwork and achievement above and beyond expectations.
