Meet the Team

The Enterprise AI Platform team is the central engine for Cisco’s enterprise AI strategy. Comprising experts across engineering, UX, and product, we own the platform that enables the development of AI solutions for enterprise problems at scale.

Your Impact

As a Staff AI Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the roadmap for Cisco's agentic platform and experiences. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, translating complex technical capabilities into actionable roadmaps. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure, high-impact AI solutions that empower our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise AI solutions, aligning with stakeholder needs and Cisco’s business goals.
  • Champion platform-level thinking: evaluate feature requests and product decisions for their impact on the broader Enterprise platform ecosystem, not just a single surface, and push back on point solutions that create long-term fragmentation.
  • Requirements Gathering & PRD Ownership: Lead the requirements gathering process; synthesize user problems and solution ideas from focus groups and other sources into clear, actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, security, legal, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery and compliance with privacy/security standards.
  • Influence roadmap and architecture decisions: build alignment with engineering leads, adjacent product teams, and platform stakeholders through data, narrative, and relationship-building rather than authority.
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for automation features that address high-impact workflows and integrate with complex enterprise tools (e.g., Webex, Outlook, SharePoint, Jira).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate user focus groups, synthesize feedback, and iterate on prototypes to ensure solutions meet real-world needs.
  • Metrics & Success Evaluation: Define indicators for pilots and user testing; analyze data to advise product improvements and drive adoption
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years in product management, with specific domain experience in AI (e.g., Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or LLM-based systems).
  • Proven track record of launching successful products from concept to pilot to deployment in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with technical teams and understanding APIs, integrations, and enterprise data architectures.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable synthesizing complex feedback and translating it into clear product requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in generative AI or large-scale automation platforms.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, focus groups, and user testing.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid office environment (San Jose, RTP, or Seattle).
  • Experience in building privacy-forward and trustworthy experiences
  • Strategic vision with a hands-on approach to execution and metric-driven product management.
