Tenstorrent is leading the industry on cutting-edge AI technology, revolutionizing performance expectations, ease of use, and cost efficiency. With AI redefining the computing paradigm, solutions must evolve to unify innovations in software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors. Our diverse team of technologists have developed a high performance RISC-V CPU from scratch, and share a passion for AI and a deep desire to build the best AI platform possible. We value collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to solving hard problems. We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help build the next generation of AI-driven program execution at Tenstorrent. The right candidate will turn fragmented signals into clear decisions, manual workflows into scalable automations, and business logic into agentic solutions.

The role sits on our Agentic TPM team and is designed for a self-directed leader who can identify opportunities independently, structure ambiguous work into concrete programs, and drive implementation. We welcome candidates at either the Staff or Senior Staff level. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level.

This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX or Toronto, ON.

We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.

Who You Are

  • Self starter with proven ability to identify solutions to complex, crossfunctional, and ever changing problems and drive execution end to end.
  • Strong technical understanding of basic data architecture, systems integration patterns, telemetry pipelines, graphs, statistics, and workflow design.
  • Comfortable translating business logic into scalable workflows, automations, prompts, agents, and operational guardrails.
  • Highly effective working across systems such as Jira, CI, bug trackers, telemetry platforms, planning tools, and internal dashboards.
  • Clear, concise, and executive-ready in written and verbal communication.

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years leading complex technical programs, workflow/tooling initiatives, or data-driven operations, with substantial experience as a TPM, technical lead, or similar cross-functional owner.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, telemetry/data pipelines, dashboards, graph-based reporting, and basic statistics, with the technical depth to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rovo, n8n or similar agentic workflow builders, LLM coding/prompting assistants, GitHub, CI/CD systems, SQL, Python or scripting, spreadsheets, and BI/dashboarding platforms.
  • Proven ability to build integrated program structures across scope, schedule, metrics, risks, dependencies, and status, while partnering across engineering, infrastructure, data, and tooling teams to automate workflows, improve data quality, and deliver executive-ready reporting.

What You Will Learn

  • How AI-native program management can be built as a repeatable discipline inside a leading AI hardware and software company.
  • How flagship hardware-software programs can be run using live data, agentic workflows, and decision-ready operational systems.
  • How to shape the operating model, tooling strategy, and workflow architecture for a high-leverage TPM function.
  • How cross-functional teams build scalable execution systems spanning program management, infrastructure, software, and data.
