LiveHappy Initiative is seeking an experienced professional for a remote Strategic Communications Manager role in the leadership and personal development sector.

This is a self-directed, performance-based role rather than a traditional salaried position. It offers a flexible schedule and can be pursued full-time or alongside an existing career or other commitments.

You’ll use established digital marketing and communication systems to generate interest, connect with prospective clients, and introduce leadership and personal development programs to people exploring positive change.

What You’ll Do

  • Use proven digital marketing and communication systems to generate and manage interest

  • Connect with people who have requested additional information

  • Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals and assess alignment

  • Share clear, relevant information about our programs and professional model

  • Develop relationships through thoughtful communication and consistent follow-up

  • Manage your own marketing communications, prospect engagement, and CRM activity

  • Work independently within an established, step-by-step process

  • Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Bring 10 or more years of professional experience

  • Have a background in communications, marketing, business development, consulting, client relationships, leadership, or a related professional field

  • Communicate confidently and build professional relationships naturally

  • Understand how thoughtful messaging can create interest and move conversations forward

  • Are comfortable using digital marketing, CRM, and communication tools

  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through

  • Work effectively independently and take ownership of your activity and results

  • Are open to following an established process and applying shared best practices

  • Value continued leadership, personal, and professional development

  • Are driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter

  • Are open to an independent, performance-based structure rather than a fixed salary

  • Reside in the United States or Canada; applicants in other locations may be considered based on eligibility

Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required. Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
