THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented HR Communications & Engagement Intern to support internal communications and help grow our social presence.
You’ll own day-to-day comms execution, collaborate cross-functionally, and help amplify our culture and brand. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build, write, publish, and measure work that reaches the entire company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Communications
Draft, edit, and prepare company-wide announcements, newsletters, and engagement campaigns for distribution
In partnership with the Sr. Manager, manage day-to-day execution of internal email communications across company-wide, manager, and targeted team audiences.
Support culture initiatives, recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and engagement moments
Help maintain the internal editorial calendar and ensure communications align with business priorities
Track performance metrics (open rates, engagement, participation) and share insights
Social & Brand Footprint Growth
Research trends and best practices for employer brand and culture content
Help create and test content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Propose ideas to grow visibility and engagement across social channels
Track and report on growth metrics and engagement performance
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Interest in HR, communications, engagement, or brand strategy
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Basic understanding of content performance metrics is a plus
A creative thinker who is not afraid to pitch ideas and experiment
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Slack, Iterable, or similar platforms is helpful
