THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented HR Communications & Engagement Intern to support internal communications and help grow our social presence.

You’ll own day-to-day comms execution, collaborate cross-functionally, and help amplify our culture and brand. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build, write, publish, and measure work that reaches the entire company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Internal Communications

  • Draft, edit, and prepare company-wide announcements, newsletters, and engagement campaigns for distribution

  • In partnership with the Sr. Manager, manage day-to-day execution of internal email communications across company-wide, manager, and targeted team audiences.

  • Support culture initiatives, recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and engagement moments

  • Help maintain the internal editorial calendar and ensure communications align with business priorities

  • Track performance metrics (open rates, engagement, participation) and share insights

Social & Brand Footprint Growth

  • Research trends and best practices for employer brand and culture content

  • Help create and test content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

  • Propose ideas to grow visibility and engagement across social channels

  • Track and report on growth metrics and engagement performance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once

  • Interest in HR, communications, engagement, or brand strategy

  • Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of content performance metrics is a plus

  • A creative thinker who is not afraid to pitch ideas and experiment

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Slack, Iterable, or similar platforms is helpful
