Supply Chain Manager

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our Data Center construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, tracking, and supplier management of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment. You will ensure that critical long-lead equipment is manufactured and delivered in alignment with project schedules to protect the construction critical path.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Equipment Execution: Own the end-to-end execution for all assigned OFCI equipment from post-award through final site delivery, ensuring all deliveries align with construction and ready-for-service schedules.

  • Manage Supplier Accountability: Hold suppliers accountable to contractual production timelines and recovery commitments while providing data-driven insights to leadership regarding reliability trends.

  • Mitigate Schedule Risks: Identify potential schedule risks early, implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays, and escalate critical issues to leadership in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Coordinate closely with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations to manage submittal reviews and ensure deviation management is resolved quickly.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management, specifically supporting large-scale construction or data center projects.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing processes and the ability to track complex delivery schedules. Knowledge of Chillers, Generators & switchboards preferred

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills to effectively interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive mindset with the ability to implement recovery plans and manage technical deviations under tight deadlines.

  • Computer Proficiency: Google Suite of products preferred

#Li-Remote

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
