Your team  

As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for talented Junior Consultants to join our Client Services EMEA Trading domain in Tunis and play a key role in supporting our European clients through production, upgrades, and implementation projects.  

You will be joining the new team in Tunis, which is fully integrated into the Client Services EMEA Trading domain. This team covers all areas of Trading expertise—Fixed Income, Equities, FXD, Commodities, Analytics and Structured Products but will also deal with Balance Sheet Management , Security Finance and Investment Management Business.  
 
Although physically located in Tunis, the team operates as an extension of our regional structure, working in close coordination with our Paris office. The team is deeply embedded in client-facing activities and plays an important role in delivering high-quality solutions. This setup offers a unique blend of local autonomy and global integration. The direct reporting line is in Tunis, ensuring proximity and agility, while the functional alignment remains with the Regional Domain team in Paris, providing strategic direction, domain leadership, and access to broader initiatives.  

 

 

Your missions  

  • Provide support services to the clients: follow-up and solving of open cases 

  • Contribute to the building phases of upgrade, migration or implementation projects as a stream member and participate to the client workshops when needed 

  • Manage defect correction and product enhancement 

  • Conduct training, internal to Murex or to clients 

  • Participante to client assistance on-site 

  • Start acting as Support Coordinator with guidance 

  • Provide internal assistance to more senior profiles for demo / pre-sales preparation 

  • Work on an internal product evolution stream 

 

Your profile  

  • Graduate (Master’s degree) from an engineering school or university, regardless of specialization, with a strong academic background. A specialization in financial markets and/or mathematics is a plus. 

  •  Strong affinity for mathematics, analytical thinking, and complex problem solving. You enjoy tackling challenging, abstract or data-driven problems and finding structured, efficient solutions. 

  • Passion for fintech and interest in financial markets, with a strong motivation to work at the intersection of finance and technology and to understand how complex systems support trading activities. 

  • Excellent problem-solving mindset: you are curious, rigorous, and persistent when investigating issues, and you enjoy breaking down complex topics into actionable solutions. 

  • Interest in IT/software development; familiarity with Unix, SQL databases and/or Oracle Sybase is desirable. Python is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to quickly learn and adapt in complex environments. 

  • Client-facing with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. 

  • Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and manage priorities in a dynamic and demanding environment. 

  • Fluent in English required and openness to travel.
