- Develop and enhance software tools that improve testing efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Learn and apply DeltaV™ Distributed Control System technologies while supporting the maintenance and improvement of testing environments.
- Configure and implement control strategies, graphics development, and system improvements within DeltaV environments.
- Collaborate with experienced engineering and technology professionals to solve technical challenges and support product quality initiatives.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities that contribute to reliable and innovative automation solutions.
- Document processes, findings, and recommendations to support project goals and knowledge sharing.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another related STEM discipline.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently while meeting established deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Previous internship, project, research, or other practical experience in a technical or professional setting.
- Exposure to software development, automation systems, controls engineering, testing, or related technologies.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to approach challenges creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Interest in industrial automation, process control systems, and emerging technologies.
