 We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for finding the right fit for our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
