Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring across multiple areas of our business. This full-cycle recruiter will partner closely with hiring teams to identify, engage, and hire high-quality talent in competitive markets. You will use strong sourcing, relationship-building, and recruiting fundamentals to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while helping us build strong, diverse teams.

 

What you'll do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across the organization

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles

  • Source and engage candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, particularly for repeat or high-volume roles

  • Proactively source diverse candidates to support our diversity and inclusion goals

  • Conduct video and in-person interviews to screen candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity within our Applicant Tracking System (Workday)

  • Collaborate with recruiting teammates and People Experience partners (HR, Compensation, Operations)

  • Support recruiting initiatives, events, or projects as needed

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a technology, software, or SaaS environment (in-house or agency)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Sociology, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered

  • Comfortable sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or candidate management tool (Workday experience is a plus)

  • Solid interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and potential

  • Comfortable learning and using emerging recruiting technologies, including AI-powered tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a great experience to candidates and hiring teams

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles at once

  • Collaborative and team-oriented, willing to support teammates and pitch in where needed

  • Motivated by helping candidates find the right opportunity and closing offers successfully

  • Fluent in English

Pay Transparency Range: $76,000 - $114,000

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
