We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate with experience recruiting in public accounting or adjacent professional services environments who can operate as a true talent partner—not just a requisition manager. This role combines full lifecycle recruiting with proactive sourcing and advisory partnership. You’ll work closely with hiring leaders to shape hiring strategies, bring market insight to the table, and help Aprio attract exceptional talent in a competitive landscape.

What You'll Do:

Full Lifecycle Recruiting & Talent Partnership
  • Own the end‑to‑end recruiting process for assigned roles—from intake and strategy through offer and close.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs, define success profiles, and align on realistic and effective hiring strategies.
  • Serve as a thoughtful talent advisor, offering perspective on market conditions, candidate availability, and tradeoffs to support better hiring decisions.
  •
    Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and creative outreach methods.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of talent for current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations focused on both technical alignment and long‑term fit.
  •

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work in close partnership with other Talent Acquisition Advisors to ensure consistency, collaboration, and shared success across the team.
  • Participate in intake conversations and ongoing check‑ins to ensure alignment on progress, priorities, and changing business needs.
  • Share candidate insights and market feedback to inform recruiting strategies and expectations.

  • Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
  • Deliver a high‑quality, transparent, and human candidate experience from first contact through final decision.
  • Represent Aprio’s culture, values, and career opportunities with credibility
  •
    Systems, Data & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain accurate candidate activity and documentation in Lever (ATS).
  • Contribute to recruiting metrics, insights, and process improvements that elevate how Aprio hires.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within public accounting, professional services, or similarly complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to move beyond transactional recruiting and operate as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing, screening, interview insights, or workflow automation) to improve efficiency, decision-making, and candidate experience—paired with strong human judgment.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Clear, confident communicator who builds trust with candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Lever preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
