Oversee front desk operations, support onboarding, screen and qualify candidates, maintain candidate pools, coordinate offers, schedule processing and orientation, update the applicant tracking system, and participate in job fairs and industry events. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, computer, and customer service or HR administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk responsibilities.
- Assist both Zachry and JVIC teams with onboarding needs
- Screen call in candidates to ensure qualification for positions to be filled.
- Maintain pools by departments and geographic region.
- Recruit and assist hiring managers with offers of employment to qualified candidates in face paced environment.
- Schedule individuals for processing and orientation.
- Update Applicant Tracking System in real time with candidate information and interactions.
- Attend job fairs and other industry events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail orientated
- Flexible and able to deal with changing priorities.
- Ability to multitask concurrent tasks.
- Meet deadlines under time constraints.
- Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office.
- High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of customer service or HR administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- PHR or SHRM-CP
- Knowledge of employment laws/compliance
- Experience in: Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Industrial Construction and/or Nuclear Industries
- Current Zachry or Zachry ROF’d employee.
Physical Requirements:
- Work will be in a general office environment with occasional work in an industrial location.
- Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting.
- May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
