About the Team:

The Talent Readiness team is a strategic enabler of CrowdStrike’s growth, ensuring our talent strategy is executed with precision, scale, and measurable impact. We partner closely with Human Resources (HR) Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to activate enterprise-wide initiatives that drive performance, career development, and organizational effectiveness. We help ensure every CrowdStriker has the opportunity to do the best work  of their career while at CrowdStrike. 

What You’ll Do:
As a Talent Readiness Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering key moments across the employee lifecycle - connecting performance, development, and career mobility into a talent experience. You will bring both strategic thinking and strong execution to operationalize, and scale talent programs that are data-driven, human-centric, and impactful.

  • Partner with HRBPs and HR CoEs to activate enterprise-wide talent programs and ensure alignment with business priorities. Core responsibilities include: 

    • Support end-to-end performance processes (goal-setting, reviews, and feedback cycles), ensuring a seamless and consistent employee experience across the organization 

    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables

    • Draft multi-channel communications and deliver change management strategies to enable adoption at scale across multiple personas

    • Design and maintain enablement resources to support employees, people managers, and HRBPs. 

    • Develop training and enablement content using instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles 

    • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences across formats (instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, or self-guided) 

    • Drive continuous improvement of performance and development practices using data, employee feedback, and industry best practices

    • Support system updates, testing, and process improvements in close partnership with HR Operations Product team 

  • Lead and administer talent assessment programs, including 360 feedback, executive leadership assessments, and coaching initiatives 

    • Contribute to the scalability of talent programs through documentation, process improvements, and tool optimization 

  • Leverage data, insights, and emerging AI capabilities to continuously improve how we enable employees and people managers 

  • Support efforts to improve transparency and usability of career frameworks for employees and people managers

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent management, or people programs in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

  • Experience supporting performance review cycles or talent processes

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail 

  • Strong communications skills, including the ability to translate data into clear insights

  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g. Workday, assessment platforms, LMS, Articulate, Miro) 

  • Exposure to change management, communications, and talent programs preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience facilitating in-person and /or virtual learning experience 

  • Experience delivering programs to global audiences across multiple levels

  • Ability to adapt content and delivery methods to learning needs 

  • Experience with AI-enabled tools and workflow optimization preferred

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
