As a Technical Onboarding Consultant, you will play a critical role in partnership with Customer Success Managers in ensuring customers adopt Anchor smoothly and confidently. This role blends technical onboarding, data migration, customer guidance, and cross-functional collaboration with ownership of custom special projects that drive efficiency, scale, and operational excellence across the onboarding lifecycle.

You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers, Support, Sales, Product teams, and customers to create seamless migration experiences, troubleshoot complex scenarios, and improve onboarding processes. With heart, grit, and ownership, you’ll help create exponential value for our customers and support Anchor’s continued growth.

This position is hybrid-based in Austin, TX, with a mix of office and remote work (4 days from the office, 1 day from home), with part of the team distributed globally. The ideal candidate thrives in a hybrid environment, fostering collaboration and engagement across both in-office and remote teammates.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience - MUST.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Technical, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data challenges.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
  • Independent, fast learner with a detail-oriented and can-do attitude.
  • Hands-on team player with a passion for process improvement and collaboration.
