About the Role 

Sky Climber Access Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Technical Site Manager to lead the installation, commissioning, testing, and certification of permanent fall protection and facade access systems on commercial construction projects. This customer-facing role serves as the primary field leader responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. 

What You'll Do 

  • Lead the successful installation, testing, commissioning, and certification of fall protection and facade access equipment 
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, general contractors, building owners, and project stakeholders 
  • Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and proactively resolve field challenges 
  • Coordinate installation crews, project schedules, and material deliveries 
  • Track labor hours, job costs, and project progress 
  • Identify scope changes and support change order documentation 
  • Conduct site audits and quality inspections 
  • Manage punch-list items and support project closeout 
  • Promote and enforce all company safety policies 
  • Support division growth through OSHA-required inspections, testing, and service work 
  • Act as a technical resource and identify expansion opportunities 

Qualifications & Experience 

Required Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing or coordinating large commercial construction projects 
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 100% based on project needs 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with fall protection systems or facade access equipment 
  • Rigging experience 
  • Experience using power tools and construction equipment 
  • Experience installing structural or engineered building components 
  • OSHA certifications or related safety training 

Physical & Work Environment Requirements 

  • Ability to travel extensively and work at project sites throughout North America 
  • Ability to work in active commercial construction environments 
  • Ability to work at elevated heights when required 
  • Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials as needed 

Schedule & Employment Conditions 

  • Full-time, salaried position 
  • Travel required based on project demands
