Adobe is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deliver integrated demos and proofs-of-concept (POCs) that showcase Adobe’s ability to solve complex content lifecycle challenges. This role combines solution architecture with hands-on development, requiring deep technical expertise, strong integration skills, and the ability to communicate complex solutions to internal and external stakeholders. You will work across Adobe Experience Cloud products—including Workfront, AEM Assets/Sites, Frame.io, Firefly, Express, GSPeM, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)—to create compelling, real-world workflows that demonstrate the power of Adobe’s Content Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

  • Design and build end-to-end demos and POCs that illustrate Adobe’s solutions for planning → production → activation → analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Architect and implement multi-solution workflows leveraging Adobe products and third-party integrations.

Integration & Technical Execution

  • Develop integrations using APIs, SDKs, Workfront Fusion, native connectors, and modern integration strategies.
  • Implement custom code and configurations using languages such as Java, Node.js, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
  • Apply knowledge of RESTful services, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Adobe Cloud).

Innovation & Emerging Tech

  • Explore and apply generative AI and agentic systems to enhance demo capabilities.
  • Experiment with AI-driven workflows and model integration for advanced use cases.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality, multi-solution projects.
  • Provide technical leadership, resolve complex integration challenges, and advocate best practices.
  • Produce clear documentation and technical assets to support adoption and scalability.
Qualifications

Required

  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles and modern development practices.
  • Expertise in API integration, RESTful services, GraphQL, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and frameworks like React.
  • Proficiency in Java and Node.js for backend development.
  • Familiarity with code repository management and version control.
  • Ability to quickly learn new APIs and SDKs.
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and project management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Adobe Workfront, Fusion, AEM Sites/Assets, Firefly Services, and Photoshop.
  • Practical experience with generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI integration.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and deployment strategies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $178,200 -- $289,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

 

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
