Job Description

Responsibilities 
● Collaborate with product and content experts. 
● Work with engineers, support, and product management to document new features and product changes. 
● Write, publish and maintain high-quality reference and conceptual help content and user interface (UI) messaging. 
● Provide editing and support for creating external communications. 
● Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. 
Minimum requirements 
● BA/BS degree or 2 years minimum of practical experience. 
● Proficiency with HTML. 
● Experience reading and understanding source code written in Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or Objective C. 
● Experience working with engineering and product management teams as part of the software development process. 
● Strong collaboration and project management skills. 
● High attention to detail. 
Preferred qualifications 
Experience developing content for: 
● API references 
● Developer guides 
● End-user documentation 
● Business processes.
