We’re Hiring: Territory Sales Manager – Dallas Market

We're looking for a people-first, goal-driven Sales Executive to join our Restaurants Sales team in Dallas, TX. You’ll be out in the field every day, connecting with local restaurant owners and helping them run smarter with our market-leading tech—from POS systems to kitchen tools and contactless payments.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive New Business: Prospect, network, and close deals with restaurants across the Dallas area.

  • Be in the Field: Meet clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and show them how our tech can transform their operations.

  • Problem-Solve with Purpose: Act as a trusted advisor—no pushy sales tactics here.

  • Own Your Pipeline: Use tools like Salesforce to track activity and forecast performance.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with solution engineers, account managers, and onboarding teams to deliver an amazing client experience.

  • Stay Ahead: Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings to level up your pitch.

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management

  • A hunter mentality and passion for building authentic client relationships

  • Experience with hospitality or restaurant tech (POS systems, digital ordering, payment platforms)

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to walk into any room and connect

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented—you love autonomy and freedom

  • Local to the Dallas, TX area and open to daily travel

  • Hospitality industry experience (front of house, back of house, or anything in between)

Bonus If You Have:

  • Previous experience in using CRM platforms like Salesforce

  • Familiarity with small business owners and franchise operations

Salary information: Base pay starts with $ 65,000.00
