Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineer located in Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, the Test Engineer will serve as a key technical lead and individual contributor. You’ll design procedures, automate test execution, analyze data for continuous improvement, and leverage expertise to deliver robust end-customer solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, EE/Electronics, or related
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in failure analysis and system-level testing within a high-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash), advanced Linux command-line operations, and hardware/network troubleshooting including the ability to train others on Linux fundamentals.
  • Expertise in computer and server hardware/software integration, diagnostics, and repair -particularly within a manufacturing or high-level assembly environment
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and its application to data-driven troubleshooting and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Performing hands-on debugging, validation, and system-level failure analysis of next-generation server and rack systems within a high-mix, high-ambiguity manufacturing environment.
  • System architecture understanding
  • Intermediate programming in Bash and Python.
  • Leak detection/prevention techniques and best practices.
