- Manage travel inquiries, bookings, and reservations for accommodations, flights, cruises, and ground transport.
- Verify reservation accuracy, including dates, names, itineraries, and payment schedules.
- Coordinate special client requests, dining reservations, and destination activity arrangements.
- Provide warm, responsive, and professional communication to travelers via phone, email, and digital messaging.
- Collaborate with hospitality vendors and team members to maintain high service standards.
- Address travel adjustments, schedule changes, and guest inquiries with efficient problem-solving.
- Complete basic administrative tracking and documentation within central booking platforms.
Requirements
