Overview
The Onshore Channel Sales Representative plays a key role in expanding Pipeline’s market reach by building and strengthening relationships with our channel partners. This role focuses on driving revenue through partner-generated customer referrals while ensuring a smooth and successful customer journey from initial lead engagement to onboarding and ongoing ordering.

In this role, you will work closely with existing partners to help them effectively promote and sell Pipeline’s products and services. You will act as a trusted point of contact—supporting partners, nurturing opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure partner success and long-term growth.

The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, proactive, and results-driven, with experience in indirect sales, partner management, or channel development. Success in this role requires strong communication, follow-through, and the ability to collaborate across teams while helping partners maximize their impact in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth through their referrals.
  • Creating and managing leads within the CRM
  • Obtaining and organizing data files for analysis
  • Independently conducting follow-ups with partners
  • Maintaining consistent communication to ensure channel engagement and lead progression
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Resolve partner issues and act as the secondary point of contact for channel-related matters.
  • Track partner performance, pipeline, and sales metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide partners with resources, tools, and updates to effectively position and sell solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Continually outperforms goals and surpasses targets and KPI’s
  • Self-motivated and self-starter
  • Ability to learn new software and computer programs.
  • Reliable high-speed internet is a must
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, including supervision of direct reports
  • Customer Support Experience is preferred
  • Ability to apply critical and analytical thinking to problem solve issues and streamline tasks
