You will engage with diverse teams, customers, and partners worldwide, fostering an inclusive environment where different perspectives strengthen innovation and decision-making.

This position offers the opportunity to influence global strategy, support the growth of a high-performing and inclusive organization, and play a key role in advancing AI adoption in customer experience.

  • Enable joint account planning, coordinated deal execution, and shared success metrics including win rate, deal size, and AI adoption outcomes

AI Deal Strategy & Revenue Execution

  • Lead strategy for complex AI opportunities, including use-case definition, executive alignment, and commercial structuring
  • Partner with AI Architects to validate solutions through prototypes and scalable architecture
  • Scale a prototype to pilot to production motion that accelerates adoption and expansion
  • Increase win rates and deal velocity through disciplined deal orchestration

AI Use-Case & Value Selling Leadership

  • Define and scale industry-specific AI use-case frameworks and repeatable sales plays
  • Embed outcome-based selling focused on business impact, return on investment, and transformation value
  • Standardize executive-level value articulation for CIO, CTO, and CXO stakeholders
  • Connect AI solutions to measurable outcomes including efficiency, customer experience, and revenue impact

Organizational Leadership & Talent Development

  • Design the organization to align with market maturity, growth priorities, and regional needs
  • Establish clear performance expectations, career pathways, and development programs
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives
  • Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning
