Operating within a use-case-led and outcome-driven framework, you will help scale repeatable approaches that move customers from initial concept through prototype, pilot, and full production. You will engage with diverse teams, customers, and partners worldwide, fostering an inclusive environment where different perspectives strengthen innovation and decision-making.

This position offers the opportunity to influence global strategy, support the growth of a high-performing and inclusive organization, and play a key role in advancing AI adoption in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own, scale, and drive adoption of the global “two-in-a-box” engagement model across AI Sales Specialists, AI Architects, Solution Consultants, and go-to-market teams, clearly defining ownership across business value articulation, use-case framing, commercial strategy, and technical validation
  • Enable joint account planning, coordinated deal execution, and shared success metrics including win rate, deal size, and AI adoption outcomes

AI Deal Strategy & Revenue Execution

  • Own global AI revenue targets, pipeline creation, and performance across all regions
  • Lead strategy for complex AI opportunities, including use-case definition, executive alignment, and commercial structuring
  • Partner with AI Architects to validate solutions through prototypes and scalable architecture
  • Scale a prototype to pilot to production motion that accelerates adoption and expansion
  • Increase win rates and deal velocity through disciplined deal orchestration

AI Use-Case & Value Selling Leadership

  • Define and scale industry-specific AI use-case frameworks and repeatable sales plays
  • Embed outcome-based selling focused on business impact, return on investment, and transformation value
  • Standardize executive-level value articulation for CIO, CTO, and CXO stakeholders
  • Connect AI solutions to measurable outcomes including efficiency, customer experience, and revenue impact

Organizational Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build and lead a global team of regional leaders and AI Sales Specialists
  • Design the organization to align with market maturity, growth priorities, and regional needs
  • Establish clear performance expectations, career pathways, and development programs
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives
  • Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning

Go-to-Market, Operations & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Align AI strategy with broader platform and enterprise sales motions across sales, product, and marketing
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between Specialists and Architects within account planning and execution
  • Standardize processes for pipeline management, forecasting, and deal qualification
  • Implement performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and data-driven decision making
  • Engage senior executives and partners to drive high-impact AI opportunities and co-sell initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, with exposure to AI, customer experience, or related technologies
  • Proven track record of leading global, matrixed sales organizations and delivering against large-scale revenue targets
  • Experience leading leaders across multiple regions or global teams
