This role will focus on optimizing processes and resources—including leveraging AI-driven solutions and the strengths of our Global Capability Center—to achieve measurable improvements in operational efficiency, while simultaneously fostering a culture of innovation that enables the development of cutting-edge products and digital solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to implement strategies that streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and utilize global resources and advanced technologies, ensuring that the organization meets its business objectives without compromising on the pursuit of innovative advancements.

This executive will collaborate with Technology and Product Business Leaders, including those supporting the Global Capability Center, to set transformation strategy and outcomes, develop the strategic roadmap, and drive alignment, execution, and results to deliver on a multi-year technology and product transformation agenda.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Technology and Product leaders across Product Management, Developer Experience, Data, Platform, AI integration, and Global Capability Center teams to set the vision and strategy for Technology and Product Transformation, driving measurable improvements in efficiency, client experience, and employee engagement.
  • Enable portfolio execution by coordinating cross‑functional inputs, tracking delivery progress and risks, and surfacing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop business cases, analytical outputs, and KPI/value‑realization reporting to inform prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Produce clear, executive‑ready presentations, narratives, and materials for governance forums and leadership updates.
  • Establish and maintain disciplined operating cadences and portfolio management routines to ensure transparency, accountability, and follow‑through.
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with cross‑functional partners to align strategy, delivery, and go‑to‑market execution.

We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience partnering with technology and product organizations within financial services (ideally wealth management).
  • Experience driving AI adoption and large‑scale change initiatives.
  • Experience leading execution across complex, multi‑year transformation portfolios with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.
  • Experience leading process re‑engineering and operating model redesign, including simplification, automation, and elimination of inefficiencies across technology and product organizations.

Core Competencies

  • Executive‑level communication and storytelling, distilling complex information into concise, decision‑ready narratives.
  • Strong business judgment and problem‑solving skills, with comfort navigating tradeoffs and decision points in fast‑moving environments.
  • Consensus‑building and collaboration across business, product, engineering, and Global Capability Center teams to address complex technology and transformation challenges.
  • Strong program and portfolio management discipline, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and maintain momentum across competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environment without direct authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable messaging for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently while ensuring consistent execution and follow‑through.

Preferences

  • Experience supporting or leading large‑scale business or technology transformation initiatives.
  • Background in management consulting, internal strategy, or enterprise transformation roles.
