Own post-sales technical relationship for Enterprise customers: troubleshoot and escalate issues, provide architectural governance against best practices, identify security/performance risks, run quarterly reviews, drive roadmap alignment with Product/Engineering, deploy proactive drift-detection and incident management, and use AI tools to streamline diagnostics and documentation. Travel up to 25% and provide weekend and escalation support.

Lead post-sale customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals, act as trusted advisor and commercial owner of accounts, drive retention and growth, collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams, embed AI-driven analytics and automation to identify upsell opportunities, and manage executive reviews and forecasts.
