The Senior Director of Curriculum leads the strategy and execution of CodePath's curriculum, focusing on AI-native skills, course quality, and team development. They ensure alignment with industry needs and oversee the development of innovative, flexible educational offerings.

Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of a full-stack platform and production AI systems (LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows). Ship user-facing features across frontend, backend, data pipelines, infrastructure, testing, and monitoring. Set technical direction, tooling, and engineering practices while partnering with product and program teams.

Own BI strategy and analytics for live-service educational game release programs. Build dashboards, semantic layers, data models, and executive health reporting using Tableau, Looker, SQL, and Python. Create storyboards, reusable scenario components, prototypes, and engineering handoff specifications. Collaborate with product designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and content creators to align game mechanics with learning objectives. Use AI tools to prototype assets and evaluate gameplay feel.

Own the full sales cycle for Mongoose’s higher education SaaS platform, from prospecting and pipeline development through consultative demos, negotiation, and closing. Build trusted relationships with higher education decision-makers, maintain accurate opportunities in HubSpot, collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Product, Revenue, and Client Success, and use performance data to improve forecasting and exceed sales goals.

Manage and improve compensation programs, including base pay strategies, salary structures, compensation policies, employee recognition programs, position classification, and stakeholder support. The role analyzes internal and external pay data to promote competitive and equitable compensation. It also supervises at least one employee, develops team capabilities, provides coaching, and partners with organizational leaders. The position requires strong communication, confidentiality, Excel and HRIS proficiency, and travel three to five times annually.

Oversees school-site operations, including finance, budgeting, purchasing, vendor management, facilities, technology, human resources, records, inventory, safety, and front-office functions. Manages operations staff, coordinates maintenance and contracted services, maintains financial and asset records, supports personnel decisions, and partners with school leadership and central office teams to ensure effective school operations and compliance.
