Leads and develops inbound and outbound SMB sales teams, driving new-logo acquisition, pipeline growth, transactional SaaS sales, and performance against aggressive targets. Responsibilities include coaching, hiring, performance management, sales process improvement, CRM and metrics analysis, cross-functional collaboration, client relationship development, and reporting to senior leadership. The role requires an Austin-based leader who can work hybrid and use AI tools to improve sales workflows and decision-making.

Manages daily office operations, including front-desk coverage, visitor and vendor coordination, mail and deliveries, supply inventory, facilities services, meeting logistics, expense and invoice support, filing, onboarding assistance, employee engagement, and swag shipments. Requires strong organization, adaptability, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Designs and delivers sales onboarding, ongoing training, advanced selling programs, workshops, e-learning, role-plays, and one-on-one coaching. Measures training effectiveness through sales performance metrics and continuously improves programs. Partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging and maintain enablement resources such as scripts, objection-handling guides, and product information.
