Leads external audits, technical accounting research, financial statement preparation and consolidation, lender and covenant reporting, variance analysis, internal controls, complex schedules, AI-enabled workflow automation, and accounting process improvements. Partners with FP&A, auditors, lenders, and the Assistant Controller while supporting special projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Outbound-focused BDR role responsible for high-volume phone prospecting (75-100 calls/day), qualifying leads, building pipeline, updating Salesforce, running targeted campaigns, reporting weekly results, and collaborating with sales and marketing to expand product awareness and opportunities.

Sell 8am's software to small and mid-sized law firms by owning the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing. Build product and competitive knowledge, demonstrate ROI to customers, and develop long-term client relationships to drive growth and referrals.
