Serves as a first point of contact for employees and field workers, resolving questions and directing issues to the appropriate People Team partner. Maintains Paylocity records, personnel files, and employment documentation; supports onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave processes, background checks, and employee communications. Coordinates recruiting activities, maintains HR documentation, conducts audits, and identifies process improvements while handling confidential information professionally.

Leads corporate accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance. Manages and develops the accounting team while partnering with FP&A, operations, sales, product, and engineering. Drives process improvements through automation, AI, technology, standardization, enhanced reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Oversees financial statement accuracy and supports organizational efficiency in a hybrid Austin-based role.

Supports health, safety, and environmental operations through incident investigations, reporting, training, site audits, worker support, and compliance initiatives. Analyzes safety data, identifies trends, develops scalable HSE programs, coordinates field implementation, supports vendor prequalification, and advises stakeholders on risk reduction. The role is field-focused, serves as a safety subject matter expert, and requires occasional regional travel and participation in high-hazard environments.
