The Analyst, Account Management will support the growth, retention, and success of Arcus' client portfolio by providing analytical, operational, and relationship management support. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, this role helps drive client satisfaction, business growth, and operational excellence.
In This Role You Will
Support the management and growth of strategic client relationships.
Build and maintain relationships with business, product, operational, and technical stakeholders.
Analyze client performance, transaction trends, and key business metrics.

Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Client Services, Fintech, SaaS, Payments, or a related field.
Experience managing customer relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Interest in financial services, payments, and technology.
Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms preferred.
