A leading Austin-based management consulting firm that helps executives and management teams solve a broad range of financial, management and technology challenges. To improve performance, reduce risks, and bridge resource gaps, the firm’s highly skilled Consultants provide expertise in financial operations, risk management, compliance, technology, and M&A transactions.

We are seeking a highly connected business development professional who is already active in the Austin business community and brings an established network of executives, investors, attorneys, bankers, private equity professionals, and other trusted referral sources. This role is ideal for a competitive, relationship-driven individual who thrives on building connections, opening doors, and creating opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of a collaborative Business Development team, you will...

  • Work closely with company leaders to promote and sell our professional services designed to help organizations improve their business's financial and technology operations.

  • Leverage and expand an existing network of referral partners, business leaders, investors, attorneys, bankers, private equity professionals, and C-suite executives throughout Central Texas.

  • Maintain a consistent cadence of in-person meetings, networking events, industry functions, and relationship-building activities that generate new business opportunities.

  • Participate in local networking organizations to help spread brand awareness

  • Have a voice in what the day-to-day objectives will be and what success looks like in this position.

  • Partner with practice Directors to identify, develop, qualify, and nurture new leads

  • Prospect new companies and make introductions to the Bridgepoint team.

  • Continually expand your expertise and knowledge in the finance and accounting areas to ensure the highest level of personal and company success

What Bridgepoint is Looking for:

  • 5+ years of building and maintaining relationships in professional accounting, finance, or technology fields

  • Working knowledge of finance and accounting industry-related topics, such as risk and compliance, software selection/implementation, GAAP, etc.

  • Highly relationship-oriented professional who gains energy from connecting people, creating opportunities, and building trusted partnerships.

  • Strong self-motivation with a results-oriented mindset

  • Ability to leverage your network of current clients and our database of target accounts to build, strengthen and nurture relationships - a focus in the private equity sector is a plus

  • Committed to building strong relationships

  • Demonstrated skills in interacting with C-level executives

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field

Established Austin network required; candidates should bring existing relationships with business leaders, advisors, investors, private equity professionals, attorneys, lenders, founders, or corporate executives throughout Central Texas.
