Position Summary


We are seeking a Dietitian Product Analyst to support the implementation of menus and nutrition content within the HealthTouch application. This role will work closely with culinary experts, dietitians, and project leaders to translate professionally designed menus into accurate, functional configurations within HealthTouch.
The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of food and nutrition operations with technical aptitude and attention to detail. Previous experience with HealthTouch Wizard programming is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Translate menus developed in MenuWorks/Webtrition by culinary experts and dietitians into the HealthTouch application.
  • Program and configure menus using HealthTouch Wizard and related functionality including screen build, item/recipe build and macro building.
  • Ensure menu content, diet specifications, recipes, and related nutrition information are entered accurately and consistently to ensure patient safety.
  • Review programmed menus for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with requirements provided by culinary and nutrition teams.
  • Identify and troubleshoot configuration or data issues and work with project leaders to resolve them.
  • Collaborate remotely with dietitians, culinary experts, and project leadership throughout the implementation process.
  • Follow established programming standards, workflows, and quality-assurance processes.
  • Manage assigned work independently while meeting project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN), dietetic background, or relevant nutrition/foodservice experience preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare foodservice, patient menus, nutrition software, or related systems.
  • HealthTouch experience preferred, with HealthTouch Wizard programming experience especially desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with complex menu and nutrition information.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a distributed team.
