The Field Readiness Manager for Edwin AI is an individual contributor role responsible for executing quarterly readiness for LogicMonitor’s Edwin AI product line, with a primary focus on internal GTM enablement.

This role is dedicated to internal field enablement, ensuring sales, presales, and post-sales teams can confidently sell Edwin AI. Additionally the field readiness manager will elevate community-facing content and programming, designed to reinforce field messaging, amplify best practices, and support Edwin AI adoption through LogicMonitor’s customer and partner community.

Reporting to the Director, Community & Field Readiness, this role translates Edwin AI product strategy into field-ready narratives, plays, and assets that drive growth and expansion.

This role supports the Customer & Product Enablement (CPE) charter to:

  • Execute a unified GTM enablement program for the Edwin AI product line
  • Deliver quarterly, role-specific readiness for AEs, SEs, CSMs, and SDRs/BDRs
  • Activate AI-led field plays that drive Edwin AI adoption and expansion and tie to Autonomous IT journey and execution
  • Contribute to shared GTM KPIs including productivity, pipeline velocity, and ARR growth

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Internal Edwin AI and Automation Field Enablement 
  • Lead end-to-end field readiness and adoption for Edwin AI, aligned to LogicMonitor’s AI-first roadmap and V2M2 priorities.
  • Execute the 90-day readiness cycle for the Edwin AI product line.
  • Deliver role-based enablement tied to real Edwin AI use cases, automation outcomes, and customer scenarios.
  • Position Edwin AI as a solution (not a feature) within core sales and expansion motions.
  • Maintain and evolve the Edwin AI Field Readiness Playbook, including:
    • Product launch bill of materials
    • Use cases and automation workflows
    • Packaging and pricing guidance
    • Discovery, qualification, objection handling, and deal support assets
  • Translate product, packaging, and pricing updates into clear field-ready talk tracks, FAQs, and enablement materials.
  • Execute quarterly AI-led field plays and measure enablement engagement, adoption signals, and field impact.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Revenue Operations to ensure consistent execution, messaging alignment, and reporting accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Feedback Loop
  • Act as the enablement execution owner for Edwin AI within the Enablement PMO.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, GTM Execution, Revenue Operations, Global Training, and Community teams.
  • Capture and synthesize field and community feedback to continuously improve readiness.
  • Curate and govern Edwin AI content across Confluence, LMS, and community platforms as the single source of truth.
AI-Powered Enablement
  • Use AI tools to scale enablement content creation, including:
    • Talk tracks
    • Pitch practicals
    • Demo narratives
  • Personalize enablement flows by role and segment using field feedback and performance insights.
  • Improve onboarding and readiness workflows through automation and continuous iteration.
Community Content & Programming 
  • Create and contribute Edwin AI-focused content and programming for LogicMonitor’s customer and partner community, including:
    • Use-case driven content aligned to field motions
    • Select webinars, sessions, or community initiatives
    • Measurable growth in community engagement 
  • Leverage community insights and feedback to inform internal enablement improvements.
What You'll Need:
  • 6+ years in sales enablement, field readiness, or GTM execution roles.
  • Experience executing internal enablement programs at scale.
  • Exposure to customer or partner community programming is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS AI products and solution positioning.
  • Strong execution skills, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. The Base Salary range for this role is:
