T1 Energy is looking to hire a Logistics Specialist who is responsible for executing

daily warehouse and material management activities, ensuring accuracy between

physical inventory and system records, and supporting inbound and outbound

logistics operations. This role performs material identification, inventory

verification, order processing, documentation control, and system transactions in

alignment with Work Instructions and WMS requirements. The Logistics Specialist ensures operational accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with

internal standards.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Verification and System Alignment

 Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results with WMS data,

including quantities, material numbers, packaging methods, expiration

dates, and supplier information.

 Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and process adjustments

according to actual conditions.

Inbound Order Processing

 Create material receiving orders for all material categories, including

major materials and auxiliary materials totaling more than 120 SKU.

 Identify issues related to receiving transactions and complete system

settlements accurately.

Outbound Order Review and Closure

 Review outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.

 Execute system closures and identify any issues requiring correction or

escalation.

 Ensure all outbound transactions are completed without errors.

Documentation Control

 Collect, organize, and store inbound and outbound documentation in a

standardized manner.

 Maintain accurate daily records and ensure all documents meet

compliance and audit requirements.

Arrival Status and External Warehouse Coordination

 Update arrival status of goods in the system.

 Confirm arrival of materials at external rented warehouses and complete

related system operations.

Daily Planning and Labeling

 Prepare daily logistics schedules and task lists.

Who You Are

 Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

 Ability to identify issues and communicate clearly with cross functional

teams.

 Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse and system tasks with zero

error tolerance.

Qualifications

 High school diploma required.

 Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling

preferred.

 Familiarity with WMS systems and standard warehouse documentation.

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in system transactions.

 Ability to follow Work Instructions and standard operating procedures.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
