Position Description:
The Managed Services Specialist is the execution engine behind our restaurant customers’ loyalty programs. A key part of PAR’s Strategy & Execution Services team, you'll develop deep product expertise in key PAR Restaurant products such as PAR Punchh (Loyalty) and PAR Games — and put that expertise to work by building, testing, and launching marketing campaigns on our clients' behalf.

This is a hands-on execution role. Specialists own the full build within our platforms: translating a client's marketing requests into a configured, QA'd, live campaign, then monitoring performance and resolving issues if they arise. You'll partner directly with client marketing teams and, where a campaign extends beyond our platforms, collaborate with the client's third-party partners to ensure successful execution. By combining product mastery with exceptional communication skills and a strong ownership mindset, you’ll become a trusted extension of the client's own loyalty marketing team.

Reports To:
Manager, Managed Services

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related business function — ideally in the context of B2B SaaS (marketing/CRM/ecommerce), digital marketing agencies, or B2C brands

  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership — owning end-to-end workflows and outcomes

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication — able to restate a complex client request in plain terms and write clearly enough that nothing gets lost between teams

  • Natural relationship builder who reads a room well and earns client trust

  • Strong time management — able to triage competing deadlines across multiple customers and projects

  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving instincts

  • Entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful self-starter

  • Collegial, high-energy, thoughtful, persistent

Additional Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing would be a plus.

  • Experience designing or executing customer journeys, lifecycle programs, or segmented campaign strategy

  • Familiarity with loyalty or CRM platforms and how campaign logic behaves across integrated systems

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and task management tools

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Develop expert-level knowledge of PAR Punchh and PAR Games — understanding how features interact, where configuration choices have big impact, and what are execution best practices.

  • Build and launch client marketing campaigns on both platforms — configuring rewards, customer segments, qualification rules, and campaign settings to deliver on the client's business strategy and marketing goals.

  • Perform QA on your own and peers’ deliverables.

  • Confirm campaign requirements and customer segment specifications directly with clients and secure approval ahead of launch.

  • Coordinate with third-party partners when campaigns extend beyond our platforms, aligning requirements, timing, and testing.

  • Monitor campaigns at launch and beyond, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and document root causes when something misfires.

  • Provide reports on campaign performance, general program metrics, and guest behavior.

  • Maintain accurate internal case tracking and update customer business practice documentation.

  • Manage competing deadlines and flag risk to timelines early.

  • Occasionally adjust your work schedule when required, to respond to urgent client needs or critical after-hours issues.
