The Manager, Receivables Management Reporting & Analytics will lead the development, delivery, and evolution of operational reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics across Receivables Management. This role will help transform how the organization measures performance by creating timely, accurate, and actionable insights across Collections, Cash Applications, Payment Solutions, Credit, and broader Accounts Receivable operations.

This is a hands-on analytics and reporting role for someone who enjoys turning complex and fragmented data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate combines strong business intelligence and reporting capabilities with an understanding of Receivables or related finance operations.

You will partner closely with Receivables and Finance leadership to strengthen KPI visibility, improve data integrity, automate manual reporting, and build scalable dashboards that enable better operational decision-making.

What You'll DoReporting & Performance Analytics

• Own the development and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly Receivables reports, scorecards, dashboards, and performance analytics.

• Build reporting that provides greater visibility into individual and team performance, enabling leaders to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.

• Monitor and analyze key Receivables metrics such as aging, delinquency, DSO, CEI, write-offs, disputes, unapplied cash, collections performance, and related operational KPIs.

• Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for Finance and Receivables leadership.

• Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical needs while identifying opportunities to create scalable, repeatable solutions.

Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development

• Develop and enhance dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or comparable BI platforms.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and independently translate those needs into effective reporting and analytics solutions.

• Bring forward new ideas for dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and analytical approaches that improve how Receivables performance is measured and managed.

• Leverage modern analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation.

• Help transition existing spreadsheet-based and manual reporting into scalable, automated reporting solutions.

Data Integrity & Reporting Governance

• Validate data across multiple systems and sources to ensure reporting is accurate, reliable, and aligned with business expectations.

• Investigate anomalies and outliers, identify root causes, and determine whether reported results accurately reflect Receivables performance.

• Standardize KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and business rules across operational reporting.

• Maintain reporting documentation, controls, and procedures to support consistency and auditability.

• Partner with Finance, systems, and business teams to address data quality, integration, and reporting gaps.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner closely with Collections, Cash Applications, Payment Solutions, Credit, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs.

• Collaborate with Financial Reporting and Finance leadership to ensure operational reporting supports broader financial and strategic objectives.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, leadership reviews, and other reporting needs as required.

• Serve as a trusted analytics partner who can challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and proactively recommend solutions.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial or operational reporting, analytics, Receivables Management, Accounts Receivable, or a related field.

• Strong experience developing dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytics used to support business decision-making.

• Hands-on experience with a business intelligence or visualization platform such as Tableau, Power BI, or a comparable tool.

• Advanced analytical and Excel skills with the ability to work with complex data from multiple sources.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate data quality, identify anomalies, investigate discrepancies, and ensure reporting accuracy.

• Ability to independently translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions without requiring highly prescriptive direction.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Receivables Management, Collections, Cash Applications, Credit, Order-to-Cash, or related finance operations.

• Understanding of Receivables metrics such as DSO, CEI, aging, delinquency, disputes, write-offs, and unapplied cash.

• Experience with Tableau and data platforms such as Snowflake.

• Experience working with data across ERP, CRM, collections, and finance systems.

• Experience with Salesforce, Esker, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or comparable enterprise platforms.

• Experience automating reporting processes and transitioning manual or spreadsheet-based reporting into scalable BI solutions.

• Experience using AI or emerging analytics technologies to improve reporting, analysis, or workflow efficiency.

• Experience within SaaS, technology, or another complex enterprise environment.

• MBA, CPA, or relevant advanced degree/certification.

What Will Make You Successful

• You are naturally curious and question whether the data tells the full and accurate story.

• You can recognize when a number or trend does not look right and know how to investigate why.

• You are comfortable taking an ambiguous business need, asking thoughtful questions, and turning it into a practical analytics solution.

• You are proactive and bring recommendations rather than waiting for detailed instructions.

• You balance strong technical capabilities with an understanding of how reporting affects operational decisions.

• You enjoy building and improving processes rather than simply maintaining existing reports.

• You can collaborate across Finance, Operations, and technology teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

What Success Looks Like

• Improved visibility into individual and team Receivables performance.

• Timely, accurate, and trusted operational reporting and scorecards.

• Stronger data quality and confidence in reported metrics.

• Increased use of dashboards and automated reporting.

• Reduced manual reporting effort and greater reporting scalability.

• Consistent KPI definitions and stronger reporting governance.

• Actionable insights that help leaders identify performance gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Proactive recommendations that continue to evolve how the Receivables organization uses data to make decisions.
