Job Summary:

Under moderate supervision, the Marketing Specialist develops and executes marketing campaigns aimed at recruiting and retaining patients for clinical trials.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain content on company social media accounts.
  • Coordinate updates to company website.
  • Support collateral development and marketing needs for business development, community outreach, recruitment and other departments.
  • Marketing Support for Conference and Community Events.
  • Outreach to local community.
  • Track and analyze results of advertising campaign and prospects origination to improve future recruitment plan.
  • Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The above responsibilities are a general description of the level and nature of the work assigned to this classification and are not to be considered as all inclusive.
  • Campaign Development: Plan, develop, and execute patient-centric marketing campaigns to support clinical trial recruitment and retention. Content Creation: Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, websites, and print materials, ensuring all content is compliant with regulatory standards. Market Research: Conduct research to understand patient demographics, preferences, and behaviors to tailor marketing strategies effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with site teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns. Event Coordination: Support community outreach programs to promote clinical trials with marketing collateral as needed. Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, or another related field.
  • Knowledge of basic marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in desktop design software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skill in managing company social media accounts and websites.
  • Skill in planning and placing media advertising.
  • Ability to work independently as well as functioning as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally.
  • Ability to create compelling marketing creatives, such as ad campaigns, print materials, etc.

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, or another related field.

Working Conditions
