More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

As a Growth Product Manager at Wise, North America, you will be the owner of key corridor growth. This includes defining the strategic vision and roadmap for these crucial North American corridors. Your responsibilities will center on optimizing the end-to-end customer experience through building growth levers, executing promotions, and running strategic experiments. You should thrive at the intersection of product development and market positioning as not only you would be building the features, you’ll also be the voice of the customers in the room.

You will be a "mini-CEO" of your product area, with the autonomy and responsibility to identify the most impactful problems to solve and the conviction to drive a solution from ideation to launch. You will work within a mission-driven, cross-functional team (or "squad") of engineers, analysts, and other specialists, and will be empowered to make decisions that directly impact millions of users globally.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Corridors: You’ll work with the Global teams to optimize each corridors’ pricing strategy, build and execute the end-to-end promotional campaigns that would boost corridors’ growth.

  • Growth Experimentation: Lead a continuous "test-and-learn" engine. You will design, execute and iterate promotion mechanics to optimize for both acquisition and long-term retention.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: You will bridge the gap between technical execution and market resonance by translating complex features into compelling value propositions, ensuring that what we build solves real customer pain points and is positioned effectively for Go-to-Market launch.

  • Be a Customer Champion: Deeply understand the needs and pain points of our customers—from individuals to small businesses—and how Wise’s can be used to solve for them. Use data, user research, and customer feedback to find and prioritize the biggest opportunities within each corridor.

  • Drive Execution: Lead your team in building and shipping new features, campaigns and experiments. This includes writing clear requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring a high-quality, on-time delivery.

  • Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, legal, legal, finance, and operations to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and build a scalable, compliant, and robust product.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with experience leading products in high-stakes, high-growth environments.

  • Bias for Action: You’re hands on, don’t stick to a “by the book” product role definition, and you’d do everything needed to make the team and the product successful.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: The ability to use data (including writing SQL) to inform your decisions, prove your hypotheses, and tell a compelling story to stakeholders.

  • Product Intuition: You obsess over the customer journey. You understand the "why" behind the customers’ decision and have a sharp eye for messaging that resonates.

  • Go-To-Market Strategist: You don't just "hand off" the launch to marketing; you actively shape the go-to-market strategy by defining product positioning, identifying target segments, and ensuring the product’s unique value is articulated clearly across every user touchpoint.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: You are a master at rallying people and aligning diverse teams —from Engineering to Compliance—ensuring everyone is moving in the same direction. You take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, keeping stakeholders accountable and ensuring seamless execution from ideation to launch.

  • Exceptional Communication: You are a clear, logical and persuasive communicator who can effectively articulate a product vision, influence diverse teams and build great relationships cross-functionally.

  • Mission Alignment: A genuine passion for Wise's mission of making money without borders.
