Purpose: The Product Manager (Hematology) is responsible for developing and executing the strategic and tactical plans for the Hematology portfolio across the (CenCa) cluster. This role drives sustainable business growth, accelerates patient access to innovative therapies, and ensures successful brand performance through cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, data-driven decision making, and flawless execution of commercial initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Hematology portfolio strategy across the Central America & Caribbean (CenCa) cluster, ensuring alignment with business objectives and patient needs.
  • Lead annual brand planning, tactical execution, and budget management to drive sales growth, market share, and business performance.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive trends to optimize portfolio performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive successful launch readiness and commercialization of new products, indications, and strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional coordination and flawless execution.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to deliver integrated business plans and customer-focused solutions.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts, demand plans, and long-range business projections while monitoring key performance indicators and return on investment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, scientific societies, and other relevant stakeholders to support disease awareness and brand objectives.
  • Lead the development of promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, training programs, and field force tools to enhance execution effectiveness.
  • Analyze market research, customer insights, and commercial performance data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and continuously improve business outcomes.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Johnson & Johnson Credo values, Healthcare Compliance standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or a related field - MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in Product Management, Brand Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles.
  • Experience in Hematology, Oncology, Immunology, Specialty Care, or other innovative therapeutic areas preferred.
  • Proven track record in brand strategy development, product launches, indication expansions, and commercial execution.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, financial planning, budget management, and KPI-driven decision making.
  • Advanced English
  • Willingness to travel across the Central America & Caribbean (CenCa) region as required.
