• The Services team delivers end to end solutions across consulting, loyalty, experimentation, analytics, and risk.• The Insights & Enablement team ensures all the Services business unit runs effectively through strong processes, policies, and platforms.• The Partnerships Systems Operations Senior Analyst will support and scale the tools, platforms, and processes that power Mastercard's global Partner ecosystem. This includes managing improvements, driving adoption, strengthening data quality, supporting partner facing workflows, and expanding a modern Partnerships Technology Stack that supports onboarding, deal registration, account mapping, partner engagement, and lifecycle operations.
Role• Support global roadmap, optimization, and evolution of Partnerships Operations systems, with a focus on scalability, data integrity, and user experience.• Partner with cross functional teams to design, launch, and enhance innovative tools that support partner programs, partner lifecycle workflows, and co selling/co marketing motions.• Gather business requirements, translate needs into user stories, collaborate with technology teams, and support end to end testing and deployment of enhancements.• Drive adoption, training, and user enablement for PRM, partner portal, and partner ops systems.• Provide technical and operational support across partnership tools including onboarding, deal registration, partner program management, partner communications, and performance tracking.• Support and evolve a modern Partnerships Tech Stack, including:
o PRM platforms (Salesforce PRM, Impartner, Allbound, etc.)
o Account mapping and ecosystem tools (e.g., Crossbeam, Reveal, PartnerTap)
o Partner onboarding/workflow platforms
o Partner experience portals
o Integrations across CRM, partner data, and co selling systems• Partner with Partnerships Enablement team to drive operational tasks tied to partner lifecycle activities, program updates, and portal-driven processes.• Conduct regular quality checks and data audits across partnership systems to ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable data.• Investigate and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and user inquiries in alignment with Systems Ops processes.
All About You• BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience• Experience as a business analyst, product owner, systems analyst, consultant, or similar role supporting operational systems• Demonstrated expertise supporting or implementing CRM/PRM systems and partnership operations platforms• Hands on experience with Partner Relationship Management tools (Salesforce PRM, Impartner, Allbound, etc.)• Familiarity with account mapping tools such as Crossbeam, Reveal, or similar partner ecosystem platforms• Understanding of partner ecosystem operations: onboarding, deal registration, partner segmentation, program tiers, incentives, and co selling workflows• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a detail oriented and results driven approach• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus
Preferred Qualifications• Experience implementing CRM/PRM solutions, particularly Salesforce and Impartner• Knowledge of partner ecosystem processes, channel operations, partner lifecycle management, or alliance program operations• Experience scaling or managing a Partnerships Tech Stack, including data integrations and partner insights platforms
