About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager, Partner Experience and Activation to lead a high-impact team responsible for driving partner readiness, change execution, GTM activation, and partner experience across the global Alliances organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring partners and internal alliance teams are equipped, enabled, and engaged to drive mutual success.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Sr. Director, GTM Strategy and Programs. Location can be based anywhere in the US.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for Alliances executives, translating leadership vision and strategic priorities into structured, actionable execution plans that deliver measurable outcomes across the partner organization

  • Design and implement a standardized change management framework that right-sizes initiatives based on business impact and resource requirements, establishing tiered governance and clear decision-making accountability across the Alliances organization

  • Lead seamless, large-scale change execution by orchestrating cross-functional owners, SMEs, and stakeholders — aligning roles, responsibilities, and deadlines to ensure on-plan delivery across partner and internal ecosystems

  • Translate strategic initiatives into structured partner readiness plans, establishing KPIs, reporting frameworks, and data infrastructure — including dashboards and governance processes — to accurately measure partner capability development and program effectiveness

  • Oversee the planning and execution of in-person and virtual partner activation events, webinars, and enablement programs that equip partners to articulate and sell the value of CrowdStrike

  • Drive communication and execution of global program changes, incentive updates, and strategic initiatives, ensuring theater-specific readiness requirements are met and alliance teams are equipped for last-mile partner activation

  • Champion a partner-centric culture by embedding partner considerations into program design and decision-making, developing persona-based experiences that increase engagement and value across the partner lifecycle

  • Centralize and synthesize partner feedback from advisory boards and key touchpoints, translating insights into actionable program enhancements and elevating partner perspectives to leadership to shape strategic decisions

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner GTM Strategy, program management, incentives, and enablement within a high-growth technology or cybersecurity environment

  • Proven track record leading partner programs, channel enablement, or alliance operations at scale, with the ability to translate leadership vision into structured, measurable execution plans

  • Strong background in change management, program governance, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment, with demonstrated experience building scalable processes and reporting frameworks

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage, align, and inspire stakeholders across all levels — from field teams to senior leadership

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, maintaining clear plans and accountability against defined timelines

  • Self-starter with strong initiative, a growth mindset, and the ability to operate independently and decisively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Intellectually curious with sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex information quickly to support sound decision-making

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones, with local awareness and sensitivity

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
