Our team drives growth in this fast-moving market by partnering across sales, engineering, and customers to deliver industry-leading Compute Sub Systems (CSS) and IP, while shaping the next generation of AI platforms from cars to robots. We're looking for a motivated individual with technical or marketing experience to help define and deliver innovative Physical AI solutions across our product portfolio.
Responsibilities :
  • Understanding market, trends and requirements by working with our partners to research and develop future product specifications
  • Leading all aspects of the product life cycle from product definition through to product release, working closely the engineering teams for a range of Physical AI products
  • Development of product strategies for CSS and IP products for the Physical AI market
  • Creation of collateral including presentations and white papers, for your products and their applicability to customer applications.
  • Development and management of collaborative and positive relationships with Arm's external partners in conjunction with Account Managers (sales) to secure licensing and design wins.
  • Leading the sales, licensing, legal and application engineering teams by providing suitable product training to sell effectively.
  • Planning and execution of marketing activities to encompass press and analyst briefings, product launches, conference presentations and technology demonstrations.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelors or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering
  • Good knowledge of SoC design challenges and the semiconductor market
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to meet with customers and colleagues

'Nice To Have' Skills and Experience:
  • Background in automotive, industrial, or robotics systems
  • Familiarity with SoC design and IP (e.g., interconnects, CPUs)
  • Knowledge of functional safety in automotive or industrial applications
  • Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1/2 suppliers
  • Product management experience, including business planning, strategy, and roadmap definition
  • Strong technical customer engagement experience

Salary Range:
$207,800-$281,200 per year
