Role overview
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes for Technical positions (Engineering + Product) at Ownwell. We will look to you to coach hiring managers and interviewers, source future team members, and build stage-appropriate hiring processes to ensure a robust and delightful recruiting process.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of recruiting experience, with proven success recruiting for high volume positions
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruiting Tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience at a startup or in a hyper-growth environment preferred
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop interview plans to effectively assess candidates
- Source candidates using a variety of tools and best practices including Greenhouse, job boards, social media, and LinkedIn
- Take actions that build a talent pipeline for future open positions
- Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process
- Process offers and conduct pre-employment screening of candidates
- Successfully meet or exceed recruiting metrics/goals
