WiseWomenCode is a unique experience designed to increase the diversity of the technology sector by providing support, guidance and opportunities to women and non-binary individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers in the tech world.

Job Description

This 1-day immersive program is packed with hands-on workshops, job shadowing and networking opportunities, all aimed at boosting your confidence and skills, whilst helping you to explore the different technical paths within the fintech industry. 

Join us at our Austin office on the 16th October 2026, where you'll connect with industry leaders, collaborate side-by-side with different technical specialists, and gain insights from our experts - all in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

As basic understanding of engineering and/or analytics is needed, we invite applications from students studying in related fields, recent career changers and individuals returning to work after a career break.

Qualifications

If you’re based in Texas, passionate about tech and ready to learn new skills, WiseWomenCode is for you.

We ask for your resume and a 1 page cover letter answering to the following:

  • Are you available to join the WiseWomenCode program on the specific dates mentioned?

  • Are you mainly applying to gather skills in Engineering, Analytics or both?

  • Please tell why you think you are the perfect candidate for WWC (around 200 words)
