This position is a full-time position at 40 hours per week with a pay rate of $45 per hour.

Location:

While we are open to remote work across the contingent US, we are still in the process of establishing our company to support work in all states! We’ve recently made the shift from an in-office organization to a hybrid model and love the flexibility it allows our employees. We are set up to support employees who want to be fully remote, in-office only, and a mix of the two. Please note - we will not be supporting work based out of the following states: CA, MA, NY, NJ.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles

  • Work intentionally to present balanced candidate pipelines, sourcing when necessary to diversify the pipeline via sourcing.

  • Further our recruiting best practices for diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging

  • Create the interview process for each hiring team. Providing support in scorecards, roundtables, and hiring decisions

  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.

  • Present, manage, and negotiate offers and be responsible for the entire closing process (in recruiter speak: the fun part!)

  • Thoughtfully deliver a fantastic candidate experience to every single candidate.

What We're Looking For:

As we evaluate candidates across all roles, we look for folks with a strong sense of ownership, great communication and collaboration skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience within the Software / SaaS industry

  • Experience with an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.

  • Proficient in LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and boolean searches

  • Data-driven - you use metrics and data to drive your hiring decisions in discussions with hiring teams

  • Highly organized - demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple roles (5+) at the same time
