The Ad Ops specialist must be able to own campaigns from conception to wrap up; including testing creative, overseeing ad serving, consulting with sales and strategy teams on campaign ideation, monitoring campaign budgets, optimizing and troubleshooting during flight, translating performance into client-facing ROI, and providing recommendations for future campaigns. Atmosphere is growing fast, so the ideal Ad Operations Specialist has to have their finger on the pulse of emerging technologies and know how to create best practices to fit campaigns of every scale.
