Leads procurement for new product introductions from concept through commercialization. Identifies and manages suppliers, negotiates quotations, coordinates sourcing decisions, monitors costs, mitigates supply risks, and supports prototype, trial-material, launch, and production transitions. Partners with Engineering, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver products on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Manages an Austin-area medical device sales territory focused on Smith+Nephew’s NPWT products, including PICO and Renasys. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, achieving sales goals, calling on acute care and operating room facilities, educating healthcare users, presenting to decision-makers, conducting product events, and building relationships with customers and clinical thought leaders. Requires at least three years of B2B or medical sales experience, strong territory and pipeline management skills, and successful completion of healthcare facility credentialing.

Manufacture prototype parts, tooling, and fixtures for new product development. Program, set up, edit, and run CNC and EDM equipment; develop fabrication and inspection processes; read and inspect to drawings and tolerances; maintain and calibrate equipment; assist ordering materials; uphold shop safety and cleanliness.

Lead global strategy, architecture, and execution of clinical data and AI capabilities across evidence generation. Own clinical data lifecycle, platforms (data lake, EDC/eCOA/registries), AI/ML model development and validation, synthetic data and simulation, clinical data management, and integration with statistical and clinical programming. Ensure regulatory compliance, data quality, interoperability, and scalable delivery of AI-enabled workflows to support clinical, regulatory, and medical affairs.
