CrowdStrike and Box have partnered to enhance automated security protections against breaches and data loss. The collaboration addresses the increasing risk of cyberattacks on small to medium-sized businesses, or SMBs.

According to CrowdStrike, 70 percent of cyberattacks target SMBs, costing companies an average of $3.31 million in 2022. The integration combines Box’s secure content management with CrowdStrike’s AI-powered cybersecurity. The partnership will allow organizations to securely manage and collaborate on files across devices, applications and networks.

The integration is set to be available by the end of the year.
