According to a filing with the state, HNI Healthcare raises a $32.6 million round of funding from six undisclosed investors this week. On Tuesday, SolarWinds announced that it has acquired San Francisco-based Loggly. Loggly develops log monitoring and log analytics software. Ihiji acquires by Control4

Last week, Control4 announced that it has acquired local startup Ihiji to combine its own platforms with Ihiji’s remote services for home-connected customers.
