Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, in-app, paid) to drive activation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Build segmentation, personalization, automated workflows, A/B tests, and reporting. Partner with Growth Product, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to align campaigns with GTM and develop messaging for technical and business audiences.

Own end-to-end paid acquisition across major channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, emerging channels) to drive signups, activations, and pipeline. Manage multi-million-dollar media budgets, optimize ROAS/CAC, implement AI-driven automations and creative testing, maintain tracking and attribution (pixels, conversion APIs), report performance, and align cross-functionally with product, creative, data, and marketing ops.

This role involves evolving Vercel's developer ecosystem strategy, managing sponsorships, enhancing visibility, and representing Vercel at key developer events.
